We ask and require a minimum of 48 business hours notice regarding any appointment reschedules or cancellations. We send out an appointment reminder message 2 days before your appointment to ensure that you can attend your service.
We respect your time, all we ask is that you respect ours!
No-shows and last-minute cancellations will absolutely not be tolerated.
Any last-minute cancellations will result in a 50% service fee.
No-shows will be required to pay the full amount for the service not attended.
